We don't just design for machines — we run them. An in-house R&D floor means designs get tested, prototypes get made, and problems get caught before they reach the workshop.
Most design studios hand you a drawing and wish you luck. We close the loop in-house — cutting, printing, and routing the parts ourselves to verify tolerances, test joinery, and confirm that what the CAD shows is what the machine produces. That means fewer surprises on the workshop floor and faster iteration between concept and cut.
The same loop runs on our digital side. AI assistants, automations and internal tools are prototyped on our own operations first — so by the time we recommend a system to a client, it has already survived real daily use, not just a demo.
A large-format CO2 laser that cuts and engraves with sub-millimetre precision. The 2.5 × 1.3 m bed handles full sheets of acrylic, MDF, plywood, leather, and fabric — so a single part can be nested alongside a full batch without waste.
DXF files from CAD go straight to the laser with no manual layout, no cutting jigs, and no translation errors. What comes off the bed is exactly what was drawn.
Additive manufacturing for rapid prototyping, fit-check models, jigs, and tooling aids. A physical model in hand — even a rough one — catches more problems in five minutes than an hour of reviewing a drawing on screen.
We print early and often. Parts that are destined for the laser, the CNC, or an external fabricator get printed first so tolerances, joinery, and assembly sequences can be confirmed before anything is cut from expensive stock.
A CNC router for timber panel work, furniture components, joinery, and templates. Parts drawn in CAD route directly from the file — consistent depth, consistent profile, no manual marking out.
Paired with the laser and the 3D printers, the router completes an in-house fabrication loop that lets us move quickly from a design decision to a physical result without relying on external lead times for test pieces.
If your project would benefit from a cut, print, or routed test piece before going to the workshop, let's talk. We build fast so you can decide faster.
We don't just imagine. We create what's next.
